AGSP stands for Allen Gwynnes Self-Priming Pump. This is a single-stage end-suction centrifugal type designed for a wide variety of applications. Spare parts stocking is cut to a minimum through the high interchangeability of manufactured components. The standard casing-mounted arrangement featured a “Back Pull Out”. The end shaft diameter is designed to fit the tapper lock pulley. This pump uses a Semi and Fully Open impeller. The impeller is suitable for handling solid applications and large-diameter shafts are designed to take full load stress with deflation. It is fully machined and the ground section is where finishing and dimensional tolerance are critical.
